1998 foal. Owner bred by the Niarchos family and trained in France by P. Bary. Dam a Listed older winner in France and has also produced Group 3 winner Tau Ceti. Won 6 races between 2yo to 4yo, all over 8f. First season sire in 2007.
- Won 2 from 4 starts, all over 8f, at 2yo in a Listed race at best following a placed August 10th debut. Won 1 from 6 runs at 3yo with his best result again a success at Listed level.
- Improved at 4yo winning 3 from 6 including the Group 2 Prix Rond Point on Arc Day at Longchamp and finally the Grade 1 Breeders' Cup Mile at Arlington Park (spoiling Rock Of Gibraltar's perfect 3yo record). Placed at best at 5yo, including in the Prix Jacques Le Marois, but ran poorly on his only trip to Britain in the Lockinge Stakes (well behind Hawk Wing).
- Retired to Lanwades Stud in England and has had his fee cut to 7,500 guineas for 2007 (from 9,000). 27 yearlings were offered at major european sales in 2006 with 21 selling for an average of 28,000 guineas (median close to 20,000gns).
