SUMMARY

£10k Bonus Race.

GS from G 2 days prior. 5mm of rain on Fri. Going Stick from 07:00. Stiff to Strong Westerly Wind = Half Tailwind from the Right.

Field raced in closer knit Group than in Div 1. Spread out either side of Centre Track. Could make a case for some Negative fro Racing Centre to Far Side in Div 1 and could say the same with this group. First 5 home the five furthest over from Centre to Stands' Side from early on. Far Side group had low Profile one in Whitford & Sekumkum got behind early. But Index Waiter, Woody Bay & Ferjaan all driven along early to try to compete with stands side and seemes to be beaten further than they should have been. Ferjaan the First String (clearly not always meaningful) but you would expect a Gosden FTO to be a bit better than a John Dunlop one and Ferjaan struggling to get competitive until switched over onto the Stands side inside the last 2F and then some progress and did best of the 'Far Side 5' perhaps because of that. Worth bearing in mind to see how form of 2 Divs develops going forward.
