SUMMARY

Strong Westerly Wind = Mostly Direct Tailwind from start of race and down the Hill, Crosswind from left for the just under 2F of the Home Straight.

Race won by an OR72-5 higher weight on 2009-11 but left with a non-progressive OR74 topweight and weaker handicap with Buy Art an NR. Shape of field makes you wonder what Pat Eddery was on about at WDSR on Monday. Why wasn't Marvelino in this race rather than 6f on soft turf there (and declared for the Supersprint 6 days later). Wouldn' Marvelino have won this race by 2L? What is the plan with that horse.

Boleyn a very poor value favourite on an unrealistic OR70. There will be horses running off OR70 later in the season that you could make two 'Boleyns' out of. Vulnerable to anything and not obviously 5f and more of a plugger-on. Couldn't win with a soft lead here. Needs the OR to come down and will have to find a weak nursery to win.

Windforpower a bit hiogh at OR67 in an average nursery but opposed by two smaller fillies here who were also on ORs too high for them. Typical win in many ways for trainer Harris with a horse developing with racing then winning on the AW over 5f. Will struggle in average handicaps of a higher OR.

Bheleyf a bit bigger than Boleyn and chunkier build so probably ok to beat that one off 4lbs difference. But and other OR60s one in real terms on an over-rated OR mark for earlt season form. Needs to go down 6lbs+ to be competitive in an average nursery.
