SUMMARY

£10k Bonus Race.

Soft by race time. SGS from GS two days prior. 12mm of rain overnight after 6mm earlier on Weds. Going Stick reading from 15:00 = 7.3 far side, 7.6 stands' side but reported as 7.0 'overall'. Medium Southerly WInd = Tailwind down the Hill, mostly Crosswind from Left in Straight, slight Tailwind.

Rail out by 8yds for first 1f and up to 5yds for the remainder. Adds approx 5yds to the race distance.

Heavy rain during race. Field raced widespread on plateau then inside down hill but then across to Stands' Rail in Straight. Line of three to Straight with Cappdocia inside rail downhill with Nenge Mboko middle and Hipster. Which translated to Hipster on the preferred stands' rail with NM outside him and that pair duelling to the line. As usual Cappadoccia looking a bit stiff and stodgy when asked to stretch out and fading out of the line racing widest (= further down the slope). Nothing else ever in race as prominent racing again the best Run Style at the track.

Bell website Wed 11th = She has not had a chance to show her potential as of yet as she certainly works better than she has been showing. She is a nice filly who will get better as the season unfolds...... and then on Fri 13th = "WE ARE CITY chased the leaders and was pushed along and could make no impression over two furlongs out. She is a nice filly who is sure to come on for the run and we feel she will get better as the season unfolds. "
