SUMMARY
GGF from GF two days prior. 1mm of rain overnight. Going Stick reading from 09:00am.

Stiff Southerly Wind = Tailwind.

Muharrib not stand out for Size but ok build. Neater size type of Sire? A bit unsettled in stalls and a slow break but responded to early drving to sit midfield. Niggled along before halfway and head started to go to right. Hanging left after halfway and jockey using whip to try to correct it. Some response to plug on in the last 1.5F but never looking comfortable or moving freely. Eased in the last 0.5F as if the jockey felt the horse not moving that well and starting to lose ground again on those in front. Looked like a classic bit of finding firmer going at flat RDCR not suiting him. [UPDATE = Runs at SWEL STO and perhaps matches the overall story of trying a softer surface.]
