Fahey on his SLife blog = "Mirlo Blanco has been a bit disappointing and hasn't shown a great deal yet but this is his third run and it looks like he'll be going down the handicapping route. White Coppice is a big, tall, raw horse who needs to cotton on and realise he's a racehorse. We ran him at Chester on his debut and he shaped up late to finish second in what probably wasn't a very competitive race but the experience wasn't lost on him. He has worked well and settled down at home since but may still need another run to complete his education."
