Excel Yourself able to get a comfortable lead on the rail despite the faster time. Able to turn race into 2F+ sprint and hung right in last 1F+ to finish mor centre track. Placed horses both taking time to get going then staying on in last 1F but winner able to respond to challenges. J's Girl racing widest overall and niggled along at half and then taking time to pick up at 2F out and hanging a bit right. Staying on again in last 1F although perhaps not comfortable on track on this going.
