GGF from GFG two days prior. 2mm of rain Weds evening. Going Stick reading from 07:00am.

Rail out by 3yds from 6f out to finishing line. Adds approx 5yds to race distance.

Medium WSW Wind = Half Headwind from Left in Home Straight, Crosswind from Left Downhill.

Both races on day won by Leader at Halfway and not stopping. Slight variation here with Imperial Glance hanging a bit right to Lanes 4-5 into the straight and continuing to hang right for 1.5f up the camber carrying Reveille & TScuttler with him. This allowed the tenderly ridden DJ and HOOrange who was never going properly to vaguely get back into things by running the rail. But the leaders of the first three at halfway who stayed comfortably able to hold on once running straight. Jockey on DJ must like giving the opposition unassailable headstarts. Do they teach Pace Judgement to jockeys in this country or just whip use?
