 GF as it had been two days prior. Report suggests no watering. Going Stick reading from 12:15pm.

Stalls Centre.

Light Westerly Wind = Direct Headwind.

Slower pace and not much more than 2F sprint. But, Hanagan struggling with a sweaty free-runner again on Lanansaak after Etijaah in the males' conditions race. Lanansaak an Ok physical type and size for Conditions level but sweating AP and refused to settle in the race and pulled to the lead. Also seems to be a worrier and mentally immature. Head up when pulling in the lead looking forward and then, while responding to Penny Rose's challenge, clearly a bit worried and intimidated by it. Responded for 1F then started hanging and faded. Can do better it she grows up and settles down. Mental maturity and calm demeanour, on the other hand, characterised Penny Rose at LEIC in the prelims and in the race and the same here. Settled in second. Looking more like a racehorse than a worried kid when asked to engage the leader and so on.
