Hills website post race = "We were slightly disappointed with Market Town's run on Saturday. The race didn't really suit him as it was run at a slow pace and he was stuck on the outside due to his draw. He was the last off the bridle but just stayed on rather than quickening with the winner. He'll probably be stepped up to a mile now and have one more run this year, but we haven't lost faith in him."
