SUMMARY
Fahey on his SLife blog = "However, we take her [BJubilee] on with Ingleby Flyer and Woodland Mill. Any further rain wouldn't help Woodland but Ingleby has improved a lot from her Beverley maiden win. To be fair she needs to and if either was placed I'd be delighted"

Another Ragged race at the track that fell apart like a Clown's Car. For a race featuring winning fillies this race was overflowing with incompetence. Add in a track bias with the Centre to far side being faster than the stands side and another difficult race to get a handle on.

Field split into two very uneven Groups with a line of Free Running Pace Pressers tanking along as the front of 10 of the field = Baileys Jubilee, Dream Vale & Ingleby RoyaleBJubilee originally racing Centre to Stands but taken over to Stands Rail by +1.5F with jockey trying to anchor her. Jockeys on DV & IR also actively trying to hold their fillies. Meanwhile the other 'group' consisted of Mayfield Girl who was tanking along on her own , but in a similar style and pace to the pressing 3 further over. BJubilee, DV & IR all found very little inside 2F out and were fading around 1F out and some mixture of running too freely, fighting their jockeys and the strip of track they ran on meant they underpeformed. BJubilee a particular disappointment because steaming along and not stopping had characterised her previous two wins. This was a 'flat' effort even given the issues. Both she and IRoyale appeal as being bette rthan they showed and having prospects to develop to still be competitive at least at Listed level. Both are more talented than at least two of the first 4 home and perhaps three.

Mayfield Girl kept going much better off a strong pace in centre track and only fading in the last 0.5F+ and run down by the most talented closer. Improving with racing but needs to learn to settle having run choke out the last two runs. If she could settle and then show the late race effort she did in the Brocklesby then she has prospects to develop further.

Ceiling Kitty really does seem to be improving with racing and, again, it has come about through learning to settle. Faded STO on soft when pressing the pace but now two better efforts on former surfaces and S&P Run Styles. Travelled well in 2R behind the pressing 3 in the main group and a strong pick up to go and fetch MG. Can rate higher and does seemed to be progressing and might have troubled a full on BJubilee on the way she went through the race.

Effie B & Woodland Mill the two lesser talents who got into the first 4 by running well back from the pace then plugging on through as the race fell apart around them. Effie B more talented but a lower OR80s type. Woodland Mill just trundled on and OR70s and 'Listed 4th' oversells her.

The last 4 home all imploded in various ways. If you were Kevin Ryan you ought to be embarrased to go back to see the owners after the way his pair ran. SAboutM green and needing driving along to eventually get going to win a low quality race FTO. Leanrt nothing and similar here and hanging badly left for most of the race and an early fade. In case that wasn't bad enough for Ryan his newconer Ana Emaratiya blew the start then got back into the group. Just in time to spend 2F being carried left by SAboutM with one filly killing any chance the other had.

This Is Nice some early pace but racing with her head to the right and offering to hang left from an early stage. Eventually 'let go' and faded. Ought to be up to Open Maiden level.

Lothian Countess the worst of the free runners and fought her jockey for most of the first half of the race and faded early. But presume OR60s in reality.
