Stiff to Strong SW Wind = Quarter Headwind from Left in Home Straight, Tailwind on Ridge.

Solid Pace thanks to Hipster being positively ridden and then hooking up with Sanjuro to duel before 2F out in the straight. Sanjuro fading inside the last 1F to leave Hipster clear but then he was stalling then fading very late on allowing Beedee to stay on to close up to them. Other than those stalls and fades a typical race shape for the track with prominent runners hard to make ground on in the straight despite the rail being out. Solid effort by Beedee to stick at it and should stay further, poor effort by Medicoe in fading behind those under pressure to got he pace by halfway.
