This only the second runner of the season after a good debut by Artigiano at York. But, unusual in that FTO wins for him have not begun until later June in last two years. Subtle change in MO or a better quality horse and more of a natural?

Curl & Fadeintoinfinity both stepping up from 5f debut and both took time to get going in race where the first 10 at halfway were within just over 3L of the lead with a 4-way Leading line. Both staying on in the final 1F with Curl looking the better prospect and will stay further.

Annie's Fortune the first runner of year for trainer Alan Jarvis and he typical front-loads his usable ones. Made a real forward effort to 3rd and final furlong fade hid soe of that. Ought to peak STO and be around start of Open Maiden level quality.
