SUMMARY

GGF from G 2 days prior and 5mm of watering overnight. Going Stick from 07:30am

Stiff Easterly Wind = Direct Tailwind

Surely Speightful able to lead 2f out on cruising speed having settled better in leading pair. Pull clear with 1f out effort and CCove fading.

Crystal Cove again showing pace and enough ability to win OR65-70 but underperforming because of racing too freely so fading early. 2nd best horse in race on day but faded a lot late to hide that and how he competed with the winner. FFH for 1.5f while leading and trying to be restrained.

Cracking Choice smaller but neat and ready sprinter. Go behind partly through being green. Seemed to show a strong finish in the last 0.5F although perhaps closing on faders and hanging leader. But, looks OR60s usable and should win if that finish was 'real'.
