21DegC. Medium+ WSW Wind = X-Wind from Left Chute & Downhill, 1/2 Headwind from Left HS.

Odd race with ZZ putting in less than a professional effort in Cheekpieces but winning comfortably anyway. Had advantage of getting to Easy lead on inside but sl fizzy AP. Head up towards str and jumpred path then ran a bit wide. Head up but picked up ok for hard ride. GMan got perfect race in 2R on rail and settled and seemed to handle track and left bhd by bgr horse.

Hughes at EPSM specifically to ride The Alamo according to the Hannon website. Hughes had said The Alamo had impressed witht he way he moved at SDWN FTO. Didn't show here and medium & bulky but a bit stodgy bhd. Scratchy TP. Ran too free in race and Hughes got into 'teach to settle' mode downhill and got into fight with horse and lost some ground. The Alamo then Headup and moving scrathily in str and HgL at times. Some response for hard ride last 1F but would expect to hear he didn't handle the track but check for att or other issue. MDancer a slow start but able to get back to group to slow pace. Not fully handling camber but seemed some promis ein way he stayed on. JKQtOv & prob just Mdmd if that. TDream ok sz if a bit Cp. Another of those MaJo types that run too freely then look too slow when asked to pick up in the str. Never quite sure if they magically click together at some point. But, then neither is he.
