Stalls Centre

Interesting pace with FMedici & SakStar alongside each other for the whole race until SStar stalled late on & FM got nearly 1L ahead towards line then hung over to rail & hmprd SStar. Pair had set a stiff but usable pace but a horse able to travel cmf in 2R & stayed should have been able to overhaul them but none apparent. Which meant BFire (OR45 by RPost Est but OR50 when BHA published ORs earlier on the day but running off OR57) deep closing to get towards that leading pair on line.

2R made up of MSecret who didn't stay. SGuest, who stayed but very slowly and prob stalling near finish and Street Boss who made a short effort then faded, poss bec mv awk on ground or poss just not fast enough. KGym always well back after hauled back to XB & some mild progress to faders late on.

Crowdmania should prob have been the bgr one in 2R who overhauled FM & SStar but did a lot wrong. Slow start and a looking a bit boaty as per trnr's 2yos type. Jk thought he had found a chance to make prg up the rail at the highest point of BS as the bnd starts but SGuest (with two outside her and held by jockey) cut that off and Crowdmania dropped 6L back and unbal. Eventually making ok progress on Far Rail into 2F+ sprint downhill & got to clear 3rd and plugging on with FM/SStar having hung towards centre track ins-1f. But FM then carrying SStar left back to the rail and SStar cut Crowdmania up again for a 2-3L loss & the Jk packed up & stood up allowing the trundling closers to demote him back to 6th. Could make a case for Crowdmania having lost 8-9 obvious lengths and could gain another 2-3L if he could sharpen his act up and stop doing the typical MaJo 2yo rolling around and looking clueless at times.
