Rail out by 3yds for entire race distance = "adds 5yds" = still not enough, used to say "3 yds" in these circumstances.

23DegC. Medium to Light SW Wind = 3/4 Tailwind from Right BS, 3/4 Headwind from Left HS.

Even slower and more 'Prominent Racer' suiting race than the biased Norm at this distance. A laughable jog down the BS with nothing wanting to lead & most being held incl PSceptre in perfect spot to get loose on the lead on the rail. PS eventually led around the bend but the field stacked up in 3s & 2s and compressed rather than the usual 2x2x2 string. ATNND & Lord Lex alread in 9th & 10th on bend & nggld to hang on to slow pace & Lord Lex presume Inx.

PS in perfect place to win on rail at 2F out when the final sprint started with GIG outside him & STSkies 2Wd about 0.5L back. No excuse for PS unless didn't quite stay and racing a bit head up and not concentrating on going fwd. STS well on top at finish & 2nd win for his sire & both took 2-3 runs & time & going on well at finish of 7f.

Kinema might have closed past PS as well but on the rail late on & nowhere to go as PS & GIG stalled back so Jk sat up. Mabdhool 5L back on the rail at Hf & ended up trying top make ground in a 2f sprint while switching out to widest in centre track by the line. Which doesn't work unless you are an 'Aeroplane'. Also ran about a bit & got unbal ins-0.5f & eased erl but poss not staying. SOFeyan also taking time to get going & unbal but was staying on at finish.

But, another unsatisfactory race at the distance here with ability & potential not fully tested and laid bare to the viewer.
