Competent performance from De Repente taking lead Hf & upping pace and seeing race out. Handled going well. Sec App led early but smallest in group and fading early. Broadcaster tv ok to pace but not able to raise a full effort & a bit unbal at times. As if being pushed into making urgent effort to try to get beack leader with a 2L+ start off a usable pace uphill.

Trainer said Our Gabrial needed 6f+ LTO over extended 5f at CHES (owner req) and looked too slow over an uphill 5f here on soft unless dv & outpaced hf a gng issue. Still trying to get organised and responding at finish again but lacking pace to tv into the race earlier.
