GFG from GF on decs. No Watering. 7mm rain Sun, 5mm Mon. GStick 07:45am

18DegC. Medium SSW Wind = 1/4+ Headwind from Left.

1st 3 home the Stack of 3 on the rail from early on. With a usable pace racing close to Far Rail seemed more of an adv than it has been at times in recent seasons. PMyla 4th and Ln3 to Ln2 to Eff-1.5f and next wdst out. Fredricka did best of Centre Runners but seemed to be facing, a literal, uphill battle against the rail runners. Hatti small in Grp and racing Cent. Big set of large -ve ratings 6th to 11th, out of line with Pace and seemed more to do with racing centre.

Local Flier first run for trainer Ellison after McInnes banned for 3 years (using a de-nerving op & other issues). Two bigger -ve ratings first two runs so why open 17/2 here? Even SP 12/1 out of line with previous form. Ellison a miles better trainer than McInnes so a +ve switch but where did Market get the idea for a 'short' opening price?
