GSS from GS on decs. 8mm rain Wed. GStick 08:00am. 28DegC. Stiff Southerly Wind = Half Headwind from Left HS. Break Picture = Brk1 as Starlit Cantata (9) aces the start. Pre-race = Before doing the PRFs didn't think much of this race. Working through the PRFs and watching all the VTs then it looks a strong contest at the level and all of then have profile to be able to win a fillies' race at some level. FTOs look a solid group. Holt's Dutch Lady expensive for him and will be professional so can get involved. Rae Guest another filly FTO previous day (3rd of season) so Miss Buckshot will be involved if any good. Online Alexander a set of connections (& Makin as jk) that can produce a strong FTO and NOTT ok venue. Genax from connections who are in period when FTOs should be strong if horse has ability. Dot B, Spirit Of Alsace, More Aspen & SCantata all ran with some promise LTO and look open to rating better. Hard to see how Hoku can avoid being unplaced? [Post Race = seems like Hoku still improving] |
