Rail out between 3yds to 9yds. Actual Race Distance is 6f 55yds (+37yds).

18DegC. Siff to Medium Southerly Wind = 3/4 Tailwind From Left HS. Varying Headwind from Left 1st Half of Race.

Previous 2 x 2yo races on day had produced 1st 3 from the Stack on the rail. Worth noting that in all 3 races the Stalls used were as wide as poss with empty stalls next to rail. Also in prev race which was 100mins after first the surface looked looser with divots. This race 35mins later and clearly there had been a shower at least with silks bedraggled etc. Surface looked even looser. But no Going Change through the meeting.

The 'Run the Rail' a clear adv a bit less obvious here although Kingscote (the real 'King' of getting a 2yo to break well) had PRuler pinging the gates and 1L clear immed and a very cmf XF to grab the lead on rail. But for a good effort (& prob worth marking up up since she ran Ln1) from EDavision in looking balanced and cmf on the track and attending the leader. Made a move to head PRuler to str and pair then battled until EDavison fading lt. That pair had gone 2-3L clear of others althouth THappy & IFeeling closing back a bit late on.

ED looking sim frame to PR and so professional here she ought to be able to work OR62. IFeeling the only other to run the rail usably with RForever never looking balanced. IFeeling not in much form & just a so-so effort. TH racing Ln1 and prob too high OR & Ave effort.

Boogangoo caught 2Wd after 0.5f and never got in from Ln2 and never really cmf on track and losing ground erl in str.
