20DegC. Medium SSE Wind = Slight Headwind from Left BS, Slight Tailwind From Right HS.

Lightning Shower Botti's 'Bargain Buy' in 213. Says start 7f mid-summer. 16 of his first 17 FTOs to Aug 8th made first 6. But, only 1 of those has won since and that 4TO in a Nurs after a break and coming back looking bulked up. Feels like has thwm more ready than last 2 years but lacks any qual? 4 x FTOs since Aug 8th 3 x lesser ones & 1 x 6th. This a better 'late season AW' FTO of trnr? Why use an A5, only 1 of previous debs in 2013 used an A5 = Art Wave 3rd at 5/1.

Stella Clavisque 2nd of 7 in a 6.5f Fibresand race at Deauville on Aug 10th. Made £4,715 for 2nd & 5th got £1,789. [Interesting to note how Market clueless about that form's value. Just takes the MOTS line of "must have inproved to finish 2nd in a French Cnds rc LTO" & make her 5/4f on opening, Drifts to 5/2 before some claw back but made a nice price for AD ]

Previous race won by a Deep Closer in Midtrack who looked to have no chance on bend and not much into last 1F but ended up beating the other centre track deeper Closer. This race similar in many ways. Singapore Secret pushed into a suicidal front running ride LTO on wet turf by an A3. Senior jk here but started the same way. Pushing SSecret to get going an leading on CH going freely. Jk finally remembered the script in the BS and put the brakes hard on.

This allowed the others to stack bhd and those, like Andy Dandy who had been struggling to get going and keep up on the CH & erl BS to get back into race. SSecret found a bit of an Eff into str & other 3 bhd her also making okish efforts. But despite that two deeper closers racing wide came to battle it out-0.5f+ with Andy Dandy all out to finally get to lead near line (as winner of prev race). Even deeper Closer getting to 3rd right on the line to demote the 1st 4 into str out of places. ADandy looking a bit short legged and not really stretching out when outpaced on CH. Wonder how he would fare on a fast track?
