G from GGS by 12:30pm. GGS as on Decs despite 2 x Dry & Warm Days. GStick 10:30am

Rail out 3yds between the 6f Pole & the -1.5f Cutaway. Actual race Distance is 7f 135yds - Adds 13yds to Race Distance.

21DegC. Stiff to Medium WSW Wind = X-Wind from Left HS, Varying Tailwind through Mid-Race.

Dascombe in 213 wrt Right Behind You = "Not been sold... might own him ourselves... ready to race in May. Not galloped yet but done some fast canters & ready for fast work soon. Quite big & bought with view of being a quality horse and aimed at 3yo campaign.... But we can reconsider that " The reconsidering presumably depending upon how he developed and what the Owner wanted.

First 2 in best postion to kick off the usable slower pace. Extended that adv by IncrPc-2f+ and then make full efforts-2f and 2R not Resp and those bhd taking cue off 2R. Which meant a 4-5L opened up from LdgPr to others into the HS. BCreek cmf saw off Mukaynis. But Mukaynis a bit green & HgR to str and Po ok. Ok size and DpF and ok strong.

Samtu & Yenhaab po together side-by-side as they had been for much of race. They presented a block that it took time for Haayil to find a gap between. Arrowzone looking a bit Swtg & off Att as well as slow break and moderate resp then Fd & Eased. Rasameel looking green and a galloper through the race and no chance with the way race unfolded but not showing any immed Eff & more a stayer. Eased ins-0.5f as on FrRL and bhd the block pair coming back. Mountain Lion smaller Mdm IC and blocked on rail bhd Arrowzone-1f+ and carried back to 8th & just po HnH in Str in Cent.
