Rails Report says = "3m of fresh ground on the bend turning into the home straight and the home straight". Which is worrying because they don't say the races on the day are any Shorter than usual. CATT have never reported any changes to Race Distance this season which means they are shifting rails without any info about Distance changes.

Lady Dancer broke well and immediately head off for the Stands' Rail. Short period of dithering from jks on other 3 who made ok starts before they all headed off after her. Typical run from Sandra's Diamond in that she sets a solid pace, finds a bit of an effort-2f and then persists a but longer than her Sz & Bld would suggest. But up against even smaller horses here other than Captain Joe who was too green. CJoe also a STO for Mick Easterby which often bear no relation to the debut. Easterby apparently will retire at the end of the year but David Easterby has been his assistant for ages so interesting in 2014 to see if anything changes.
