Presumably testing conds and only the 1st 3 home seeing out the distance. Much of rest of field 'gone' by ins-2f and all by-1f+. BUT, field raced in spread with most on Stds Sd and a small group led by Hartnell on the Cent-Stds strip. The first 3 home racing widest and HgL to some extent to finish Cent track. Head on of Finish shows the first 3 home racing isolated in Centre with the others walking home next to the rail. Check how later races dev and where jks choose to race.
