- Won 5 races over 8f between 2yo to 5yo. Ran twice at 2yo, fourth on 7f debut Aug. 23rd then successful in 8f maiden on Sept. 13th. Won one Group 1 and two Group 2 mile races in Britain as an older horse.
- First season sire in 2003 and had a remarkable start with better than 50% winners to runners and 20% strike rate. The winners included a range of better quality runners - Cape Fear, Castleton, Elshadi, Gwaihir, Happy Crusader, Hazyview, Mac Love, Mokabra, Privy Seal & Ouija Board - which would be a 'career' for many sires, not one season. The 2003 group mixed a range of physical types from neat, ready types like Cape Fear, Mac Love& Privy Seal through to bigger and/or lengthier individuals like Elshadi, Gwaihir and Ouija Board. Winners came at all distances from 5f to 8f from April onwards. A number of that group have developed with racing to 3yo and older. Mac Love (MR Channon) deserves note having run in the Brocklesby and placing over 8f in a Group 1 at 4yo.
- 2004-5 have been less startling and with the good record over 5f not reproduced and winners coming later in the season (from June onwards in 2005). It should be noted that the trainer MR Channon has a good record with his produce and often starts better types over 5f in earlier season when more'traditional' trainers would not.
- The 2004 crop contained useful 2yos in Capable Guest, Borthwick Girl & Crosspeace but no stars. 2005 was similar with a range of solid winners like Cape Of Luck, Rising Cross, Cape Presto & Yankee George but no true Group class 2yos.
- He had 56 yearlings sold in 2005 for an average of over 40,000gns. 52 sold in 2006 for an average over 80,000.
