- Trained by L. Herries for P.D. Savill. Won 5 races between 7f and 12f at 2yo to 3yo. Won all 3 runs at 2yo - 7f maiden on July 16th, 7f Conditions Oct. 8th and the 8f Group 1 Racing Post Trophy. Successful in the 7f Group 3 Greenham and the French Derby, also placed in the 2000 Guineas at 3yo.
- Retired to stud in 1997 and has stood in Britain and France and shuttled to Australia. Solid record overall but only his second Northern hemisphere Group winner with recent French star filly Six Perfections, the first was sprinter Celtic Mill. He has produced one Grade 1 and two Grade 2 winners in Australia.
- Mixed record with limited numbers of British raced 2yos but a reasonable 25% winners to runners and acceptable quality with Chesham winner Celtic Silence in 2000, St Andrews and Celtic Sapphire in 2002, and Rocamadour and Listed 6f winner Slip Dance in 2004. Gets winners at the the full range of distances from 5f to 8f depending upon physical type.
- As many as 19 yearlings sold at British an Irish sales in 2005 for an average around 19,000gns and the same number sold in 2006 with the average over 21,000.
