- 1998 foal, 16.0hh. Cost 40,000 guineas as a yearling and trained by Mick Channon for owner Peter Taplin. Ran 65 times between 2-6yo wining 11 times between 5f to 12f. Typically for a better horse with his trainer he made an early start as a 2yo but this did not prevent him having a long racing career. Ran 13 times as a juvenile winning 2 and made a notably early debut on March 25th. Successful in a 5f maiden in April on his third outing and a 7f nursery handicap of OR 95 in August. Unplaced in 7f Group 3 events on his last two starts that season.
- Raced over 7-8f as a 3yo with one win in a minor conditions race. 15th in the 2,000 Guineas at 50/1 amongst his other starts. Stepped up to 10-12f from 4yo onwards and started that season with a handicap win off OR 96. Later that year won two Group 3 events. Ran 16 times as a 5yo for four wins starting with a handicap off 109 and finishing with an Italian Group 1 in November (the Premio Roma) when his official rating reached a high of 117. Ran another 13 times at 6yo without winning and best effort when second in the Premio Roma.
- Retired to his trainer's Norman Court Stud in 2005 and a First Season Sire in 2008. 5 yearling sold in 2007 in Europe for an average of 20,580 guineas.
