- Owner Bred by K. Abdulla and trained by JHM Gosden winning six races from 6f to 9f between 2yo to 4yo. Won two from three at 2yo when successful in a 6f maiden on June 30th debut and a 6f Conditions on October 19th eitherside of finishing fourth (of four) in the 6f Group 2 Mill Reef. Group 1 winner at 3yo (8f) and 4yo (9f).
- First Season Sire in 2005 and a solid start with a just above average record with a relatively large group. Mainly got winners at 6f to 7f from June onwards with the best record at 6f. Although the results were solid in terms of winners to runners and strike rate the overall quality was below average. He did not make a strong impression with his first yearlings and they made lower to middling prices at sale in general. The three better quality winners he got were owner bred and out of mares with good race records and/or pedigrees - consider Nidhaal (dam cost Hamdan Al Maktoum 180,000gns), Violette (dam had already produced a Group 3 winner) & Star Cluster (dam a half sister to Xaar). These three were his only winners on debut runs.
- 27 yearlings sold in 2005 for an average over 25,000gns. Moderate results in his second season with 3 winners from 22 runners (7-8f). No real quality in the group although Gold Option started at a short price for the Royal Lodge when well beaten. 17 yearlings sold in 2006 for an average just over 17,000 guineas.
