Stewards' Enquiry Text 1 = "The Stewards held an enquiry to consider why Paul Hanagan, the rider of the winner CUMBRIANNA, had appeared not to keep straight from the stalls. Having heard his evidence and viewed recordings of the start they found him in breach of Rule (B)45.2 and suspended him for 1 day as follows: Thursday 20 November 2014.".
Stewards' Text 2 = "The Stewards held an enquiry following a report from the Starter that CUMBRIANNA, trained by Bryan Smart, was the subject of a third criteria failure. The trainer’s attention was drawn to the restriction incurred under Rule (B)44 and informed that the filly could not run until the day after passing a stalls test. This being the second occasion within the previous 12 months that CUMBRIANNA had been reported, the Stewards informed the trainer that if the filly were reported for a third time within the same period, CUMBRIANNA would be prevented from having a stalls test for 6 months".
