SUMMARY

GS by mid-pm. GSS from S on Decs.

How much of that nonsense was Track Bias and how much real? Secret Spirit drawn wide but ends up missing the pace Far Side of centre early by losing ground and dropping back. Then switched right and ends up running almost centre line of the field and perhaps just on the right side of the Bias Line. The 3 in Indian File running furthest over to Stands Side from early on are Kidmeforever, Gilded Lace & Sleepy Dust with Birdie Must Fly, Baronessa and Free To Love in the next File to their left. Race visually seems to have another diagnostic feature with those running further towards the Far Side not just finishing a bit further back as a group at the finish. They are driven along before 2F and even the best of them (the apparently reliable Blue Burmese) is eased before 1F out with the jockey looking around him to see where the rest on his side are while the Stands Side plug on together (Slowly). Mistral probably poor quality anyway but hangs left from early on to be Centre Line after 2F and hanging to Far Side group later on in the race.
