Conditions event with close to £15,000 kitty and Prize Money down to 6th. £10,271 Penalty Value to the winner. But, no-one turns up. No good trainers moaning about lack of opportunities to develop 2yos and the decline in Conditions race numbers when they allow another race to cut up to this extent. It wouldn't be a good use of Prize Money and edifying for the paying spectator even if Levy Revenue were not the underpinnnig of British Racing's finances.
