GGF grom G on Decs. 8mm Watering each of Tue, Wed & Thu. Stalls Centre. Bannister Bell a typical small, compact & deep bodied one by HRE, Unable to judge his breeze because he is so green and probably never gets out of 2nd gear. Spends most of the breeze, pricking his ears, hanging left and arguing with the rider. Aussie Ruler expensive at the Goresbridge Breeze Sale in May. Looks a smaller medium and very ready one in the Video. Balanced & IP set up with a simple action that works well. Goes straight up the middle of the track with the rider having to do little. Looks to have been well prepared and a natural LSpr. Typically Fast Time for 5f and FFOS close to the fastest course used. Is it downhill? Kibaar again at a lesser track having been hauled back out of a messy race LTO and given no chance. Allowed to lead here and a competent run apart from a bit of early pulling. Kibaar looking like a strong 5f sprinter type physically and 75 and poss a little more. One of the occassions when the Breeze Video matches the FTO performance with Aussie Ruler On VRev here he looked a compact and strong little 'Bull Sprinter'. A fast 5f type. In the race showed the same natural competence and straight running he had in his breeze. Raced alongside Kibaar for much of the race if having to work a bit harder. Running a solid time on a Fast Track. Looks a solid 70+ and lots of 5f maidens for him to win. How much does his size limit him from rating much higher? Channon has surrounded himself with homebred small ones and too many of the Sales Buys in the last 2 seasons looking smaller as well. Emef Rock cost €38k but small in this group. Notably narrower bodied than either of the first two home and plain outpaced by them in this fast 5f set-up. Fit and trying but too slow and underpowered for this. TIme for a nursery switch and hope he gets sub 65. Bannister Bell smaller type against the first two home and getting outpaced. Did run competently. Steel Blaze well prepared in condition but a very poor mover to add to being underpowered. |
