SUMMARY
GFG by Race time. GStick at 11:30am was 8.4 Ridge & Downull & 7.9 in the HS. GGF from FGF on Decs. 7mm rain Tue. No Watering Noted.

Coc Quote = "Rail dolled out up to 6 yards from 1m to Winning Post, adding 20 yards to distances of 1m and over, and 6 yards to 6f".

Presume problems on the M25 and 5 of the 6 runners (bar Vinamar) ridden by replacement jks. Since this was Race 2 and Race 1 was an apprentice event 4 of the field ridden by apprentices, presumably because they were already there. Other two horses ridden by young jks who have recently ridden out their claims so a very young set of jks.

Fastish time and conditions fast but with a bit of extra ground to run. Putting that to one side it looked a good effort by Super Kid. Travelling comfortably to the pace and handling the track and able to produce a good effort 2F out. Looking 80+ on this but usual caveat about later runs for Godolphin.

A caveat over pushing Super Kid any higher because of the run of Maftool who manage to make solid ground on SK after halfway despite running very green and only handling the track for short stretches in the HS. Maftool notably bulkier and stronger than SK as well. Probably 10L adrift early and made 4L or so back in the CZ and overall made a similar effort to SK in the last 2F. But, Maftool getting unbalanced 1f+ out and bit of hanging before getting organised and finishing a bit stronger than SK. Enough to get the jk niggling thinking he might just Close to challenge. Which means Maftool looks a better horse than SK when he put a race together and very promising.

Publilia a taller one and a bit narrow & gangly and very different set-up to Maftool, for eg. Mostly handled the track when getting a softish time in the lead on the rail. But, moving a bit awkwardly in the last 2f when asked to make a full effort and a bit scrabbly in front. Running alongside GCat for the whole race and just getting back ahea dof him late on. Publilia 70+ but beaten by 2 x better horses here but presume she might look better on a more galloping track.

Ghost Cat running alongside Publillia and shorter and bulkier. Hanging left for a lot of the last 2f & a similar effort to the scrabbly Publilia. Around 70?

Vinamar still a bit green overall and left behind when the better 4 made their efforts. Not handling the track and check 3TO whether she looks 60+ usable. Lady Ballantrae got well behind with the jk quiet then made gound alongside Maftool in the CZ. The completely outpaced towards 2F out and then moving awkwardly before eased. Response from Hf to -2f+ means still on the Check development list given she has run on two quirky downhill LH tracks and then 'hauled' to the back each time. Still interesting to see what she can do in an easier test.
