No point dancing around the subject, it seems Barry has got his deceased son's string going along at the standard Hills senior would normally expect. This win meant 4 wins by the stable from the last 6 runners. To put that into a bit of context that is more Wins in those last 6 runs than the stable has managed in 6 of the last 7 complete seasons. In his last 17 seasons with a licence John managed a season Strike Rate above average just once. Fascinating to see what the SR will be at the end of this year.

Photo Finish :-

Stalls Centre. Field went over to race Far Side after 1.5f partly because Denzille Lane & Bahamian Sunrise took off together after 0.5f to pull to the front+1f and wide of the orderly peloton that had formed up Centre track by+1f. Kibaar drawn Centre and H-1 early and 2R then found himself towards the rear as the Group changed shaped with DL/BH.s early efforts.
