GF from G on Decs. Stands Side Course in use. Stiff to Medium ESE Wind as a Direct Tailwind. . Our Time Will Come a typical smaller one of her sire. A bit weak in front. On the plus side given her size does a smooth breeze, straight and balanced. Movement better than the VRev impression of her power & set-up. Dylan's Storm looking expensive at £60k on his breeze video. Not Grey but compact bodied of sire. But smaller and doesn't show a fast action. Seems to just trundle through a slower breeze looking a bit green. Seems to need a lot to develop well (rather than being a 'Ready to Run' sale graduate). Interesting Race Shape & Halfway to Final Positions. Front Line of 3 setting a solid Pace and a bit too stiff for them and that line started breaking up before 2f out (Tuebrook) losing ground and the last member hanging left and fading by 1f out (Brindle, smaller one IC). Which lef the 2R of 3 through Halfway to Pull away together in the last 1f+. Interesting because of how far theLeading 3 were beatn but none of the 7th-10th through Halfway able to do any Closing and they appeared to be under Pressure to hang onto the Group at the pace set for some mix of Green, Ability Lack & small. Mattmu prob the biggest in the field and travelling well in 2R. But less of a forward effort at 2f out than expected. Seems to throw his NF out a bit and hanging that way to lessen the effort. Ablwe to maiantain that effort and find a bit of an extra response in the last 1f. Dark Profit professional and travelling well but also a bit less effort than expected last 1.5f. Not seeing the 6f out. A niglle in looking just a neat medium on in the first 3. Excilly at the course Dascombe has had most FTO winners recently and a short SP. Interesting to see her dropped in by Kingscote here when he is more likely to race prominently than many jks. Solid effort int he last 1.5f and finishing the race off fully but unable to get by Mattmu. Shorter than the first two colts home but bulkier than DProfit. Straight mover. Fast Magic fitter than FTO amd looking a typical Ryan Bulky sprinter int he group. But also typical in running a bit free in the lead and (this season) fading earlyish. Yukon Gold looking small in the group. |
