SUMMARY
GSG from G on Decs.

Rails fully in.

Oh Jesus Wept, X-Certificate stuff. A 'Rabbits only Rumble' and the jockeys still manage to cock things up royally. Right you lot, all go back to the stalls and do it again..... properly! A poor quality race on Profile and an even worse one in reality with the jockey on Majenski steaming off too fast in the lead and spreading the field out. Had most of the rest of the field driven along before halfway to chase the daft pace with al of those some mix of small, green, unwilling, unbalanced & slow. Majenski another small one even in this field and fading by 1F out.

The jockey on Loretta Martin either lucky or a genius. Inclined to view he'd been told to get LM to settle and then ride a race. Which meant it was like watching a cartoon where the race is disappearing off into the distance in a cloud of divots while the slow-witted character hasn't even seen it go. LM a small and limited one and perhaps not even out of the OR50s. Green during the race and not really making any ground on the other rabbits until they fell in a heap and rolled all over each other down the camber to the far rail. Which meant the jk on LM finding he just needed to trundle through to win. Equine Musical Chairs.

Just Marion a small Evans' filly and very fit in early season and needing to win 'Now' with lack of scope. Was ridden by the jockey as if there was something wrong with her attitude and he was niggling, driving or whipping the whole race. This had the problem of meaning he was forcing his clockwork mouse to chase the too strong pace. Given that she ran ok and did best of the prominent racers (see Halfway to Final positions) but softened up too much to hold off the Deep Closing Trundlers. You could run a race between JM and LM 100 times on the day, spread across different tracks with various paces and this might well be the only one LM finished in front of JM. But neither have any scope or potential so just early season sideshows until the bigger horses get going.

Nimble missing some of the pace with a slow break and then hanging downhill. Ok effort at this low level before fading but assisted by the pace folding back.

Chetan looking slightly bigger kit compared to the rabbits but put together in an odd manner. Head and neck too big for the rest of him and and upright and gallopy movement style in front. Looking slow. That set-up did for him on the downhill and he couldn't get balanced or move forward. Then took him an age to get balanced in the HS. His mild progress in the last 0.5f down to the tired rabbits hardly moving forward.

Jet Mate another smal and limited one and doesn't seem to have a good attitude. Another driven along at times in his headgear. Seemed to comply downhill to gwet into the race but another early fade and no interest.

Chester Deal another compact rabbit and limited quality and the support for him and several others probably indicative of a very weak race and 'everyone' thinking they had a chance. Had lost ground early in his first two runs and then plugged on past tired horses but achieving little in absolute terms. Given a ride here to keep him involved and chasing the pace but another losing ground downhill and hanging. So plugging on in the HS but another early fade.

Hopefully a race of little or no future relevance.
