GF from G on Decs. Watered Overnight. Medium Westerly Wind = 1/2 to 3/4 Headwind from the Right Follow The Faith's latest Work Video is from 25th July doing a 6f work with OR90 3yo Wee Jean as the Lead Horse. Other 2yos are Persun (early season 5f placer) & the unraced Volunteer Point. FTF looking smaller than the other 2 x 2yos and left behind by that pair for 2L+ as they hook up and work together in the last 1f. Touchline one of the Bell fillies noted going well in previous work reviews (along with Thundeinmyheart who was 2nd on her debut). Trainer noted that she was 16hh in 214. Latest work video from July 23rd shows her working in a trio on the usual uphill finish strip with Tarando (beaten of OR64 in her 1st nursery) & the unraced Midas Haze. Goes comfortably best of the 3 and pull 2L clear late on with the rider quiet. Pulls up late to allow the others to get back to her. Looks to have some bulk to match the frame. MHaze going 2nd best and Tarando having to work hard just to hang onto MH. Hills Website Weekly blog quote = "Wednesday at Goodwood sees Inauguration and Hundi run in the six furlong fillies maiden. Hundi has been a favourite of many people in the yard for some time now and it's just a shame her debut didn't go according to plan. She's been working well since and should have a very good chance. Inauguration is another nice filly who goes well at home. She'll come on a lot for the experience but it wouldn't be a suprise to see her put up a bold show." Looking at Inauguration's Breeze Video leaves you thinking you would really like to know how she has 'done' since the sales. The picture on the Arqana website makes her look small to smaller but also a touch scrawny. Long weak neck and a bit narrow. The reaction looking at it was she looked like Tarando's sales picture (by Equiano who was by Acclamation). Does a straight breeze and a balanced mover. Close to Zero knee action in front and a real 'Pendulum Swing' type. Just middling pace. Looks uncomplicated but needs to have strengthened up since the sale to be interesting on quality grounds. If she still looks like Tarando we mostly know where that gets you to. |
