SUMMARY
GGS from G on Decs. GGS for Thu Meeting but early AM GStick 7.9 to 7.6 early AM Thu. Rain Forecast for the Day.

Inner HS in Use. Race Distance 7f & 3yds.

Average Pace at most with Sea Wolf getting a comfortable time in the lead and taking the leading trio centre track in the HS. Peace And War & Dr No moving up either side of SW in the CZ to both be about 0.5L down on SW when the '2f Sprint' to the line started. Good duel between SW & PAW and all three hanging over to be racing Far Rail in the last 1f. Moderate effort effort from Dr No in the last 2f and not going forward with any enthusiasm (Attitude or issue?). Cut off at 1f out by SW hanging across to the Far Rail but had already lost 1L to SW and the Gap going faster than he was rather than being 'unlucky'. Jk switched Dr No out in the last 1f and kept after him as if he felt he wasn't getting the full response.

Azzir the First 2yo runner for Tim Jarvis after the prolonged, and tedious, arguments over whether he should be allowed a licence. Eventually gained the licence but with many strings attached to ensure his father has zero input to the operation. A long list of qualities you could list which you would hope son Tim has not inherited from his Father but being his assistant until you are into your 50s presumably a lot rubbed off/on anyway. Jarvis senior 2yos often had ok size but were pretty wild on debut. Too fizzy and hard to control. Azzir putting in a dreadful FTO performance but given the problems it seemed 'promising' that he was only beaten around 10L. Azzir veering right Out of the Camera shot from the stalls then, with nice comic timing, reappeared veering the other way to the rail about 1F later. The odd thing being that the ground he lost with that nonsense was roughly what he was beaten at the line. Considering he was hanging and getting unbalanced in the HS and disappeared out of shot again with 2F to run and the jk looking as if he had given up, you would have expected a 20-30L beaten margin at least. Azzir probably medium size but strongly built but green here and prob not that fit. Was it really promising?
