SUMMARY

GGF from G on Decs. Watered Overnight but no Details given.

Cassandane running freely in the lead seeming to set a solid to stiff Pace for the ability level at the Race distance. Shalimah sitting in midfield then switched out before 3F out to start making progress in the CZ, Only around -1L off the lead towards 2f out with The Lampo Genie where TLG's jk had been sitting still in 2R in the CZ waiting for the leaders to fold back. Shalimah a smaller type in the field if deep front. Showed the same ability here to make an extended low level effort from midfield and stayed the distance well as he did LTO at SALS. Also looking professional and mature mentally.

[Sep 1] Odd effort by the jk on Sonar mixing together inactivity for the first 2f and getting behind then using the whip a lot from-3f+ to ins-1.5f then easing Sonar early 1f out. Start/End of race look like a 'Social' runner for a Syndicate with the future OR mark for Nurseries being 'managed'. The bit in the middle looks like jk roughing up a 'Problem' horse who is lazy and/or has attitude problems. But, ran better than the final position suggests having got from 4R rail to 2R behind the Leading Line at about 2L before being eased. Bell's website on the day before the 3TO run = "He has not shown as much as we had hoped so far, but hopefully once handicapped he will be competitive in nurseries.".
