Jellwa disappointing FTO in a 7f Fillies' Auction race at NMKJ. That has proved a moderate race behind the first 3 home and Jellwa finishing just behind a horse who has won a dreadful claimer recently. Go looking for an 'excuse' you could say she ran too freely & then didn't stay 7f and drops to 6f here. Last Gallop Video for Jellwa from Aug8 when she worked with older Lead Horse Finflash and 2yo colt King Crimson. Struggling to hang onto that pair in the last 1.5f and looking a bit green and her action 'scrabbly' in front. But, KC has won two races since incl a (suspect) Nursery off OR78. Finflash a 3yo rated later 60s. Which means despite having to work hard shw wasn't dropped by that pair. What view to take here?

==== Post Race ====

Stalls from Stands Rail out to beyond Centre Track. An Average Pace and most of that Width-wise Spread maintanied to past Halfway with the smaller Brindle running a bit too freely again and the overall Leader just beyond Centre Track. Mistrusting drawn near the Rail and racing Stands Side for 2f and then Drifting over to Cent-Stds strip at Halfway and join onto the Leading line across the Centre Line of the Track. Race not looking to have much 75 potential on Visual impression. Mistrusting's jk able to wait until nearly 1f out before making his final effort. Mistrusting still looking a bit size limited but travels better than her size.

Goodnightsuzy doing best of the original Leading Line trio. Tropicana Bay running behind Mistrusting and driven along by 2f out and taking a long time to make ground. Eventually making a similar effort to the winner in the last 1f and staying on at the line. Mallymkun making progress past the stallers & faders wide on the track and not quite getting home. Proxinity of Rose Abella causing worries over the overall form level but looking a solid size in this Averagely Powered group and probably usable. RA looking like she might stay on into 5th area toawrds 0.5f out but stalling late.
