SUMMARY

Weather info updated very late as 12mm Rain overnight and 3.5mm through the morning to 13:00pm. Going changed fro GS to GSS after Race 3. This was Race 1. G from GF on Decs but nothing in the reports (Watering/Rain) to explain the major change. [Charlton Website reports 30mm of Rain Overnight at Beckhampton]

Stalls Centre.

Pomme De Guerre declared an NR in early am by EJHoughton citing 'Going' as the reason. She had vocal the previous week about CoCs over-watering and not leaving GF alone..

Hard to see what made Beauty Prince 250k in his Breeze Video. Nothing really eyecatching but perhaps that is the point (the 'Professor Prost' versus 'Sideways Rosberg' difference). Does a solid, quiet and smooth Breeze and everything looking 'Fine' but that lack of anything to strongly notable meaning BP is getting on with it efficiently and quietly going fast. Medium or a bit bigger and stonger build with some range. Doeas a straight, and quiet looking, breeze, down the rail but presumably a Fast Breeze.

Average Pace at most and a widespread Field across the Centre Line with Desert Force getting a comfortable time in the lead racing Cent-Stds. Hints that racing Widst (Cent-FrSd) a negative.

[Sep 30] Kill Or Cure & Krazy Paving drop to 5.1f NTO after these runs in the same race. Both drawn Stands' Side here and KOC a slightly faster break (STO) and ended up racing 2R on that side with KP behind him. Lack of relative experience showing up towards 2f out with KOC going ok and making a solid lower level effort to get to 5th before folding back and putting 2-3L extra into KP. KP floundering around 2f out and lost some ground but then responding before 1f out and staying on and back to a similar position behind KOC at the line as he was at 2f out. KOC a small one in PRev and say low 60s. KP not a bulky strong type of his sire but a bit bigger & stronger than KOC. KP more scope to improve to NTO.
