Weather info updated very late as 12mm Rain overnight and 3.5mm through the morning to 13:00pm. Going changed fro GS to GSS after Race 3. This was Race 4. G from GF on Decs but nothing in the reports (Watering/Rain) to explain the major change. [Charlton Website reports 30mm of Rain Overnight at Beckhampton]

Hannon Website pre-race = "The two have met on the track before, Gibeon coming out on top by a head at Newmarket, though Acaster Malbis now has a 3lb pull. Gibeon looked smart on that debut, and, though he had a few dental problems the other day, he is fine now and is one we like, while the handicapper was certainly impressed with Acaster Malbis's seventh in the big sales race at Doncaster last week as he gave him a mark of 90. That makes nurseries tough, so we are having a crack at five previous winners here instead.".
