After about 3-4 years it seems even the the Stewards have started asking why Fallon stops riding early in every race - he's been 'Mister 95%' for ages. Isn't the Clipped Heels excuse what Fallon used the last time he was hauled in for this? = Stewards' Enquiry Text = "The Stewards held an enquiry to consider why Kieren Fallon, the rider of FRAMLEY GARTH (IRE), unplaced, had appeared to stop riding shortly before the winning post. Having heard his evidence and viewed recordings of the race they noted his explanation that he had stopped riding because he felt he was going to run into the heels of the winner.".
