In the context of Best Example having looked a bit pottery on fast ground FTO and notably uncomfortable on the downhill section of BTON then the reason for improvement given seems fine. Stewards Enquiry text = "The Stewards considered the apparent improvement in form of the winner, BEST EXAMPLE (USA), ridden by Frederik Tylicki and trained by Saeed Bin Suroor, compared with its previous run at Brighton on 8 September 2014, where the colt finished fifth of six, beaten approximately 21 lengths They noted the trainer’s representative's explanation that the colt was better suited by the level track.".
