GF from GFG on Decs. Watering as 5mm BS & 2.5mm HS on Tuesday. Outer HS in use. CoC quote = "Rail stepped out 2m on home bend increasing round course distances by 6 yards". VP with fillies going To Post (TP) for Reference = TP VP Picture from just inside 3f out with the first two home the leading pair on the rail. The stroppy but combative (extends to other equines as well as humans) Imperial Link in the Gold with Red cap just ahead of Elle Dorado (Green, Yellow Cap). Vivi's Charis in the orange (tall & leggy but also narrow & underpowered unless she fills out). Waldnah the best mix of size and good condtion in the field but the picture below shows her in last on the rail (Yellow & Black) & in a tough spot to compete to win in a race with a Usable Pace. Unsurprisingly, Waldnah ran into traffic problems before a strong late finish to a going on 2nd at the line. Amber Mile (Dark Blue, Orange Cap) in midfield on the outside and a solid size and build but just starting to put her head to the right and hang left when asked to pick up for her final effort. |
