Breeze Video for Ae Fananah showing a smaller medium one, stronger front with a bit of body length. Perhaps a smaller(?) but usable within the size. Breeze not good and running ears pricked to the 2f pole and jinks right soon after it. Never looks organised and drifting right throughout to go from far side to closer to the stands side by the end. Busy looking action in front and not smooth. Movement and professionalism needs to improve a lot to be the usable type at her level. Organised here? == Post Race === First view summary would be that Tutu Nguru the biggest and strongest in the field and the Market knew from early she was 80+. TN a bit green in the race but a slower pace allowing her to be climbing over leaders in 2R downhill just on her basic ability. Bit green on the bend and taken out wide to make her run and always picking up the lesser types inside her. Should be 80+ but not showing anything 'different' here. Improve for nous and strong but a good medium size only (?Check). [Update - Haggas interviewed at LEIC where he had another newcomer win the 5:00. Said he had watched this race at home then shot out to go to LEIC. Said he did not think this was much of a race qualitywise but called his filly 'useful' and seemed quietly confident she might be better than the 80ish take here.] Lolla Fincess smaller than TN and perhaps just late 60s. Taller, leggy and lacking some body length. In 2R on rail downhill then lost ground on bend to HS but a solid effort on the Far rail to get to a clear second. But ground she made putting TN's effort out wide into context. Burning Love small in this group as on debut. Ae Fafanah perhaps into 60s size and made ground downhill towards 2f out turn a bit free. 2nd into the bend but hanging a bit right. When asked to pick up in HS looked exactly like her Breeze - head held awkwardly, not reaching out in front and looking disorganised and slow because of that. Soon dropped to 5th before 1f out. |
