Fast test with Dodgy Bob getting a soft lead in Centre track on a downhill track with a tailwind. Solid effort from Tawdheef to not get unbalanced when pressure to close on DB not brining quick returns. Always loking like he would just catch DB in the last 1f but taking most of the race distance to finally get the 2L back.

Another Boy looking as if he found this test too fast and getting out of comfort zone. Market oddities in why would Sixties Sue be 14/1? Raced prominently so got a head start and stuck at it fine receiving weight and an A7 allowance. She's smaller and probably late 60s but the first two home may not be more than later 70s. What is Ower Fly doing at 12/1 and running poorly? Looking at the 'Support & Drifts' data Hannon senior's Drifters showed an overall profit whereas Junior's in 2014 showed a solid loss. Some new/extra info getting from the Stable to the Market? [Update = Jk made a WTRB after the race saying OF 'Ran Flat'. Similar to the WTRB report made for Phantom Flipper on Monday when noted as being at an unusually long SP for Hannon. Worth tracking. ]

[June 28th] Dodgy Bob looking a medium size, IP body length, neatly made and strong enough. But, lacking scope. With nothing else wanting to lead DB recovering from a sloppy break to soon lead and going a bit free. Looking a balanced and neat type and assisted here by being able to roll along at his own pace unhustled on a downhill track with a tailwind. Also handling the barrel rolls on the course fine. Having to work hard to finally see of Sixties Sue when challenged in the last 2f. Finally outlasted SSue and finding a brief response to a new challenge from Tawdheef in the last 0.5f. DB looking size limited to, say low 80s. Runs on a very different track NTO at PFCT against better quality horses. Interesting to see whether he can lead in the same way there and how he interacts with Age Of Empire who looked best leading on a Flat Track. AOE dropping in and allowing DB to take things along? Plus, the MaJo runner NTO also looking to lead?
