Rail out by 3yds from innermost line.

=== Post Race ===

Moderate race on profile depending upom the newcomers. Runners limited to being by sires with sales medium of £17k or less. Teresar giving a performance similar to Candy's La Rioja at the same course on debut. But, without looking notably bigger than the opposition. Running ok with the average pace set by Kashtan but then running green when asked to move up and pass the leader. Ended up hanging left to centre track and fading.

Kashtan an easy lead on the rail then hanging left in the last 1f following Teresar and responding to Teresar's challenge. That left a gap for Fine Blend to make her challenge along the rail and winning a little comfortably in the end despite Kashtan responding again. FB bulky but an odd shape? Any of this more than 60s?

Missed before the race that Muir made Fine Blend his 'Bargain Buy' in 215. Bought her as an unbroken 2yo at the HiT sale at Goffs in February. Notes in 215 that she was up working with the others he had soon after she was broken. The others perhaps having 2-4 months more training by that time. Another trainer buy on the basis of being a sibling to a horse who has done well for the stable before.

[June 28th] Fine Blend perhaps a bit taller in the group (races head up a lot) but not standing out. A bit green at times but going best and eventually got a rail run with others hanging left. Won a bit comfortably but low level form. Looking back Muir has never had a STO win with a 2yo successful on debut and in more than half of the cases because he overtried them in Listed+ events.
