===== Post VRev ======

Weak looking lower 60s maiden on Profile depending on what quality Hannon had sent to debut here. Just Emma an ok frame in the field but probably the lightest build although an ok medium bulk for a filly her size. Had run well here FTO against bigger types and the opposition here less strong, less well made and not moving properly on the fast going. Which meant with a Tailwind and getting a soft lead JE able to win unchallenged by just running to her level competently. Willing attitude and professional. Job done for trainer Tuite and JE probably lower 60s and perhaps lower as the season progesses.

Hard to understand why Fast Gold was a shorter price given he showed worse form FTO, and little promise, than JE. You wonder whether it is the Market weighing trainer Tregoning as 'better' than small stable Tuite? That does not work if you look at the 2yo stats. Tregoning has turned his stable into a smallish one with 2yos and has produced 8 individual winners in the last 4 seasons from 41 individual horses. Tuite has produced 6 individual winners from just 19 horses and with cheaper kit than Tregoning.

Fast Gold young mentally and driven along and getting behind. Some laboured plugging on. Gave trouble at the stalls on debut and his own handler here and mostly behaved. But, similar problems in the race and having to be niggled or driven along for a lot of the race and not looking that willing. Might have been feeling the ground and not picking up properly in the last 2f and hanging right uphill with his head held to the right. Got vaguely organised late on when joined by Boycie, Small, limited type with lots of issues to solve. Not a Good Favourite.

Boycie the strongest build in the field but small and a compact body. Using little range even int he walk. Drifting in the Market which with the Hannons can be useful Signal with this type. If he had been a ready, late 60s one who moved Ok you suspect the Market move would have been different. KT O'Neill riding who was a apprentice at the yard at the same time as Levey but is miles behind that one in the Jks order and seems to get the leftovers to ride if he gets to go to the races at all. A very good work rider, so valuable to the Hannons with a huge string to prepare.

Boycie some mix of green and not handling the going and hill in the race. Looks a scratchy mover and throws his forelegs out and struggles to get re-balanced after he changes lead. Allowed to drop last early then not responding well to niggling then driving to get going including hanging right downhill looking uncomfortable. Willing enough to plug on late on but never looking balanced. Might be 60+ on bulk but compact body and poor movement seem problems.

Tim The Taxi very free TP and fly jumping about when the Jk trying to stop him just beyond the stalls. Had run too free FTO and an early Fade. Probably a bit bigger than JE but oddly made. A long back and still very Up behind. Jk held him up early and mostly settled. But, part of that seemed to be TTT not looking comfortable downhill and then stumbling a bit at the bottom before the climb. Never picked up after that and and early ease and probably not handling the going. Low 50s if he ever puts a race together?
